Method
Each facility in this tracker comes from published source documents: environmental filings, land transfer notices, construction tenders, company disclosures and licence registries. Claims link back to their original sources, so the evidence can be checked.
Lifecycle phase and evidence strength are shown separately. Where status is ahead of the evidence, the record is flagged. Reported capacity is kept distinct from inferred ranges. Coordinates from Chinese map systems are converted to WGS-84 before plotting.
